Return and Refund Policy

At Toolwari, we aim to provide a clear and straightforward return and refund process.

Returns

Toolwari offers a standard 30-calendar-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.

For standard change-of-mind returns, products must be unused and in their original condition, without alteration or damage after delivery. Original components, accessories, manuals, and packaging should be included where reasonably possible. Proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email, is required.

Contact customer service before returning any product. If your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions. Do not send returns to our registered business address unless specifically instructed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the product ordered, contact [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.

After reviewing the issue, we will determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law. This may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund.

The preferred reporting period does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Return Shipping Costs

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by applicable law.

If a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied due to our error, Toolwari will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by law or agreed upon by our customer service team.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days after return inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear.

Original shipping charges for standard change-of-mind returns may be non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an appropriate alternative or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Return Exceptions

Where permitted by law, standard change-of-mind returns may be refused for products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery, are missing essential components, or were personalized or custom-made to the customer's specifications.

For tools and accessories, original components, attachments, fasteners, manuals, and supplied accessories should be included where reasonably possible.

These conditions do not limit mandatory rights concerning defective, incorrectly described, or incorrectly supplied products.

Order Cancellations

Contact [email protected] as soon as possible to request cancellation or modification. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before processing or dispatch.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible through the standard order process. Mandatory cancellation and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
